Chiropractic is for everyone!

Both of our doctors utilize Activator Methods, which is the most researched instrument adjusting technique in the world. The activator instrument delivers a comfortable, precise thrust that is very quick and painless. This also allows for the patient to be more relaxed during the adjustment. Our doctors are advanced proficiency rated in the Activator Technique.

Dr. Lacey also practices manual adjusting techniques like Diversified, Thompson, and Gonstead. She can also utilize a drop table for treatments.

Chiropractic is not only effective at treating pain conditions. It may also help with:

  • Vertigo

  • Chronic sinusitis

  • Premenstrual discomfort

  • Ear infections

  • Neurological conditions

  • Frozen shoulder

  • Constipation

  • Migraines

And many more!

Chiropractic for babies and children

Adjustments can be helpful with colic, acid reflux, ear infection, nursing, and digestive issues in babies and children. For a baby’s first few adjustments we will use our hands and light pressure usually to a vertebrae in the neck or pelvis. It is a very gentle adjustment.

Chiropractic keeps kids healthy! As your child grows, adjustments can continue to help with ear infections, digestive issues, growing pains, and even improved sleeping. Both of our doctors adjust babies and children, just ask us if chiropractic care may be a good treatment for your child.

Chiropractic and pregnancy

Dr. Lindsey and Dr. Lacey both adjust women throughout pregnancy. They utilize the Webster technique, this a specific chiropractic technique especially used for pregnancy! During pregnancy chiropractic adjustments keep the pelvis in alignment, which can help with an easier birth. Additional benefits of chiropractic care during pregnancy may include decreased nausea, reduced time of labor and delivery, and relieving low back/pelvic pain. Regular adjustments during pregnancy help mom and baby feel their best for the upcoming birth.

Chiropractic and the older adult population

Both of our doctors have a passion for treating the senior population. An adjustment helps an aging patient with everyday aches and pains, arthritis, degenerative disc disease, and neurological conditions. The Activator technique is especially effective for geriatric patients with osteopenia/osteoporosis; it can even be used on the ribs safely. Additionally, extremity adjustments can be particularly effective for ailments such as frozen shoulder, peripheral neuropathy, hip pain, knee pain, bursitis, and many more!
